We are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased via our website within 14 days of purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable - but if you require an exchange we will send you a replacement by via Royal Mail free of charge (UK only). Please enclose a note with your order number and/or receipt as we cannot issue a return without this. We can only issue refunds to the purchaser. Returns must be unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the swing ticket still attached. We recommend that goods are returned using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please note any sale/reduced items are non-returnable.
